PVC Resin
Suspension Grade: The most widely used grade of PVC resin, known for its versatility, ease of processing, and
excellent mechanical properties. Common applications include pipes, profiles, films, sheets, and cable insulation.
Emulsion Grade: Ideal for fine particle size and high surface area needs, such as synthetic leather, flooring, coatings,
and adhesives. It provides superior dispersion and better plasticizer absorption.
EVA Resin
EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) resin is a flexible, clear, and resilient copolymer used in various industries. Available grades include:
- 18% VA: Suitable for injection molding and foaming, balancing transparency and flexibility.
- 28% VA: Highly flexible and tough, ideal for footwear and hot melt adhesives.
- 33% VA: Used in solar panels, adhesives, and packaging with excellent UV resistance.
- 40% VA: Delivers superior elasticity and clarity for specialty films and high-performance uses.
Polyethylene (PE)
A versatile thermoplastic with different grades:
- LDPE: Flexible and moisture-resistant, used in films, containers, and cables.
- HDPE: Strong and stiff, suitable for pipes, containers, and durable goods.
- LLDPE: Offers toughness and puncture resistance, used in stretch wrap and liners.
Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene is a lightweight thermoplastic known for excellent chemical resistance, processability,
and a high melting point. It’s used in automotive components, packaging, textiles, and household goods,
offering thermal endurance and mechanical strength.
Polystyrene (PS)
Polystyrene is a rigid, transparent thermoplastic used in packaging, disposable cutlery, labware,
and electronics. Its clarity and ease of molding make it ideal for functional and aesthetic applications across industries.
POE (Polyolefin Elastomer)
POEs are flexible, impact-resistant polymers combining elasticity with excellent processability.
Used in automotive parts, cable coatings, and footwear, they offer durability and outstanding
performance in low-temperature environments.
